FAQ’s

♦ WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Please allow 2-3 business days for USPS to deliver your package depending on your location. (e.g. local or international) All tracking information will be available once the package has been mailed out, please make sure your email address is correct. Double-check shipping addresses to ensure they are correct, any errors contact us immediately. 

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder and add miraclelooksllc@gmail.com com to your safe sender list or email us the name and email you ordered under. Miracle Looks orders usually deliver in 2-3 business days, we ship all orders through USPS Priority Mail.

 

 

♦ HOW DO I CHECKOUT? 

PayPal has made checkout awesomely easy YOU DO NOT NEED AN ACCOUNT TO CHECK OUT THROUGH PAYPAL! Simply select pay now using debit and enter your debit card digits! If you are having it shipped to an address other than your billing, PayPal covers that! We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit card payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

 

 

♦ I AM HAVING TROUBLE PAYING WITH MY CARD.

 

If you are experiencing trouble processing your payment at checkout, please first check that your billing address, name, and information all correlates to the information that the bank who provides your card, have on their records. If the information does not match up the payment will not be initiated. If it’s still not working please email and we will send you an invoice.

 

 

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. There are no NO REFUNDS. However, merchandise may be returned within 10 days of the merchandise being received for an EXCHANGE ONLY. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. We suggest trying on your merchandise with the tag{s} attached first. So if the measurements are accurate then you can remove the tags, if not, keep tags attached.

 Keep in mind items marked in the sale section are not eligible for exchanges. They're final sale. We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that it was received. Exchanges can take up to 3-4 days.

Non-Returnable:

• All Items purchased on Sale.

• Intimates, Bodysuits, and Swimwear.

 

 

♦ LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

Miracle Looks Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at

1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

 

 

YOU MUST PAY FOR RETURNING SHIPPING CHARGES

 

All of the information on the whereabouts of your package can be seen by using your tracking number

♦ HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

If you want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed. We are not able to add items to existing orders that have already been shipped. Please place a new order and Contact Us with both order numbers. We will be able to combine the shipping for both orders. This is provided that you contact us as soon as possible after you place both orders before the first order has been processed.

♦DO YOU OFFER LOCAL IN-STORE PICKUPS ?

Yes, at checkout, select the " store pickup" option located under the shipping method (drop down the shipping method options). Once your order is received, you will receive an email notification stating the order is ready for pickup. Please allow within 24 hours to receive email or text notification that your order is ready for pickup. Pick up orders are usually ready in 1 hour from order being placed. The "ready for pickup" email notification will have the pickup location address. Also, please be sure to show your ID for the order to match the name on the order and if someone else is picking up the order please notify us of the name of the person who will picking up on your behalf. Please wear a mask for safety precautions.
